The new Revivim Hatchery was built in 2014 to replace an old Hatchery that was used for many years. As a full Turn-key project, all elements were managed by Agrotop - from  design, construction and technology integration and until the operational stage. The Hatchery is designed to hatch 26 million eggs per year, while keeping the costs minimal and maintaining the highest bio-security standards. It is equipped with modern technology - incubation, hatching, screening, disposal of unfertile eggs, processing and shipment are almost fully automated. The hatchery is located in a harsh desert area, with temperatures reaching up to 38°C / 101°F. It is equipped with tailor-made micro-climate system for the different phases, and a reliable electrical backup system. The Hatchery was built modularly, allowing the client to further expand it in the future with minimal cost. It is fully operational and provides the client excellent results.
