Combi Tunnel Ventilation (CTV) is the name of an innovative climate method first implemented in Israel by Agrotop. The method reflects Agrotop's expertise along with conclusions from advanced agricultural research.
The CTV method implemented by Agrotop in many poultry houses in Israel and abroad is intended to provide a complete solution to the various stages of growth in all seasons, beginning with day-old chicks to the final broiler stages. The CTV method is capable of coping with changing and even extreme weather conditions.
This method makes it possible to increase the number of birds per square meter, improve feed conversion ratios, achieve energy savings, and attain much better economic results.
Elements of this method include: the building itself, ventilation systems, heating system, and cooling system.
For the CTV system to function properly, special attention is paid to numerous details related to the structure itself. The house may have closed walls or walls that combine a fixed insulated segment and an opening covered by an insulated curtain. In any event, the house must be totally sealed so that the air that enters the house through the air vents will come in the desired quantity, speed and direction. Agrotop has developed and applied a unique sealing for all types of houses using CTV. |
