Nepal / Parent Stock Project – Pullets and Breeder Houses
All weather conditions
Limited free space
Mountainous landscape

About The Roongta Group
Agrotop is constructing a project for the Roongta company in Hetauda, Nepal. This complex project is very challenging due to limited land space and a mountainous landscape, and must take into account wind directions and use the existing topographic conditions to create bio-security barriers. The project requires innovative and creative solutions, such as shallow foundations, which will enable construction on the steep hillside.
The project includes two pullet farms consisting of two sheds each with a total of 31,200 females and 4,680 males, and four breeder farms of eight houses with a total of 57,600 females and 5,760 males. The farm also includes a hatchery which will produce around 180,000 day-old chicks per week.
Agrotop is leading the project, which will set new standards for the local industry.
