Agrotop has been a key player in Vietnam’s fast growing poultry market. Last year the company completed a large full vertical integration poultry project for DTK Corporation, Vietnam’s leading enterprise in applying hi-tech to livestock farming, food producing and processing.
The project, located in the Te Le commune, Tam Nong district, Phu Tho province, is Vietnam’s most advanced egg production facility. The center, which currently consists of 12 layers, four pullet-rearing houses and an egg-packing center, is expected to grow 600,000 birds and produce more than half a million eggs per day.
Agrotop played a leading role in building the environment-controlled, airtight building for pullets, as well as the layers and the egg-packing and grading center.
“We are always happy to come back to Vietnam, where we successfully completed the state-of-the-art DTK project,” said Gavriel Pelleg, Agrotop’s CMO and founding partner. “The project has demonstrated Agrotop’s proven ability to build quality structures for pullets and layers that are insulated from hot and humid conditions outside.”
The DTK project adheres to high levels of bio-security standards with ecological emphasis. It also deploys an innovative technology of automated in-line production chain that will produce clean eggs with additional nutrition values.
