Agrotop Completes Large Full Vertical Integration Poultry Project for DTK Corporation

Agrotop Completes Advanced Livestock Farming Project for DTK Corporation

Agrotop completed a major livestock farming project for DTK Corporation in Vietnam. The project represents one of Southeast Asia’s most advanced commercial egg production facilities. It also demonstrates Agrotop’s expertise in delivering complete turnkey livestock farming solutions.

Hanoi, Vietnam – March 14, 2017

Agrotop partnered with leading Japanese companies to complete this innovative farming project. DTK Corporation operates as Vietnam’s leading high-tech agricultural company. The company focuses on livestock farming, food production, and advanced processing technologies.

DTK officially opened the new commercial egg production and packing center earlier this month. The facility stands in Te Le Commune, Tam Nong District, Phu Tho Province. It now ranks among Vietnam’s most advanced livestock farming facilities.

The project currently includes twelve layer houses and four modern pullet-rearing houses. It also features a fully integrated egg grading and packing center. The facility will eventually house approximately 600,000 birds. Daily production will exceed 500,000 high-quality eggs.

Agrotop designed and constructed the climate-controlled buildings throughout the project. The company supplied advanced housing for pullets and laying hens. Agrotop also built the automated egg packing and grading center. Every structure supports efficient livestock farming under carefully controlled environmental conditions.

Highly Efficient Farming Operation

The project combines advanced engineering with innovative agricultural technologies. Modern climate control systems maintain ideal temperatures throughout every season. High-quality insulation protects birds from heat and humidity. Automated systems improve efficiency while supporting animal welfare. These technologies help producers achieve reliable performance and consistent production.

Several leading Japanese companies contributed specialized technologies to the project. Hytem supplied advanced automation equipment for egg production. Nabel provided automated egg grading and packing systems. Chubu Ecotec delivered innovative manure treatment solutions. ISE Food contributed valuable industry expertise as the world’s largest egg producer.

Together, these companies created a highly efficient farming operation. Their combined experience delivered outstanding production standards and operational reliability. The project also demonstrates the value of international cooperation within modern agriculture.

The entire facility follows strict biosecurity standards from beginning to end. Every production stage supports hygiene, efficiency, and sustainability. Automated inline systems reduce manual handling throughout the production process. These technologies help deliver cleaner eggs with enhanced nutritional value.

Agrotop will present this successful farming project at VIV Asia in Bangkok. Visitors can explore the company’s complete portfolio of poultry farming solutions. The exhibition takes place between March 15 and March 17, 2017. Agrotop welcomes visitors at Hall 99, Stand 2221.

This project reflects Agrotop’s commitment to innovation, engineering excellence, and sustainable livestock farming worldwide.
