12 Feed Formulas
About The Chirina Feed Mill Project
The Chirina Feed mill serves the needs of the “Chirina” Full vertical integration project, built by Agrotop. The Feed mill efficiently produces 12 formulas for the millions of pullets, breeders, and broilers at the integration.
The Chirina Feed mill, built in 2012, is part of the full integration project Chirina erected by Agrotop. Built on 2 Hectares of land, the feed mill was carefully selected and adjusted to fit the integration needs.
The Feed mill includes a reception department with operative silos, flat storage and a warehouse for micro elements; a grinding department; a weighing and mixing department; a Palleting department; and a Bulk and bagging department. An analytic laboratory verifies the raw material and final product quality.
The production capacity is of 15 metric tons of granulated mixture per hour. The Feed-mill efficiently produces 12 formulas of granulated and mesh feed for the millions of pullets, breeders, and broilers at the Chirina Integration, and is an important part of the integration. The surplus can be sold to outside clients, creating additional revenue for the integration. In this project Agrotop collaborated with the Spanish feed mills technology company ROSAL INSTALACIONES INDUSTRIALES.
